    Saz's Hospitality Group is a locally-owned business that has been a Milwaukee staple for almost 50 years Whether you've eaten at our State House restaurant, had a summer sampler platter at a local festival, or attended one of the thousands of events we cater each year, it's no secret we know a lot about two eats & good times.

    We provide The Finest in food, service, and genuine hospitality to everyone we serve, everywhere we go, in every way we can.

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Marketing to lead our team and drive our brand's growth.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies, managing teams, and achieving measurable results.

    Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness

    • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to small marketing team to help them achieve their goals
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with an active hands-on approach
    • Oversee all aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, content creation, social media, advertising, and public relations
    • Direct and manage updates of existing and new assets including menus & signage using Adobe CS and other tools
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, human resources, and operations to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives
    Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field; Strong experience with social channels and content creation

    • 8 years of experience in marketing, with 3 years in a leadership role
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive business results
    • Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
    • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques
    • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
