    We are seeking a full-time, experienced Compliance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, organized and have great attention to detail.

    Tasks include, but are not limited to:

    • Over all responsibility of the day to day compliance operations of the community
    • Initial processing and review of all paperwork related to initial and annual certifications
    • Ensuring all applicants and residents meet the requirements of the affordable housing programs at the community.
    • Completion of required weekly reports
    • Resident Retention

    Qualifications:

    • Must work well in a team environment
    • Problem solver with a high sense of urgency
    • Section 8 &/or Public Housing experience preferred
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Exceptional customer service skills
    • 1-3 years verifiable experience
