    Job Description

    130+ Day Contract

    Hybrid Position: Work from Southfield, MI office once a week.

    Engagement Description: The ideal candidate will conduct thorough research on government regulations related to the Medicare Advantage program. They will utilize this research to conduct precise marketing compliance assessments for essential materials such as Evidence of Coverage, Annual Notice of Change, Summary of Benefits, and more. Additionally, they should be capable of interpreting regulatory guidelines to evaluate risks and communicate findings to the management team.

    Top 3 Required Skills/Experience:

    • Regulatory analytical experience
    • Research of guidance/regulations
    • Marketing compliance reviews

    Required Skills/Experience: Other key qualifications include:

    • Organizational skills
    • Ability to interpret regulations
    • Computer proficiency
    • Effective written and verbal communication

    Preferred Skills/Experience: Optional but advantageous skills/experience encompass:

    • Excel proficiency
    • Proficiency in PowerPoint
    • Strong presentation skills
    • Experience in risk assessment

    Education/Certifications: A Bachelor's Degree is required.
