Your Responsibilities

  • Creation, processing, and tracking of complaints based on SAP Q notifications
  • Examination and analysis of reported errors
  • Quality management
  • Involvement of key interfaces in case of frequent errors and initiation of followup measures
  • Tracking of repairs and return orders
  • Monitoring of processing and ensuring high availability of parts
Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training with relevant work experience
  • Experience in departments such as sales, purchasing, logistics, export, and/or quality management
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Independent work ethic and ability to work in a team
