We are currently seeking a Payroll Accountant (m/f/d) to support our long-standing partner, an international electrical wholesaler, in Victor, MT.

The main focus of this position is on independently preparing payroll and related administrative tasks.


Our partner is a competent provider in all areas of energy monitoring and digitalization, supporting the electrical trade and public institutions with a wide range of products.

They also offer support to individuals looking to improve their own homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing payroll, including all preparations and yearend tasks
  • Creating employment contracts, contract addendums, and employment references
  • Managing personnel administration, including personnel files, reporting, and certification
  • Acting as the main contact for social security institutions and authorities
  • Advising employees and managers on tax and social security matters
