Your responsibilities:

Strategic, disciplinary and technical leadership of the quality department at the Burg site Coordination and further development of quality and process management Further development of the QM system based on DIN EN 9100, company specifications and the requirements of the IATF Responsibility for the inspection equipment and complaint management, requalification and product audits Monitoring and release of series production Coordination, implementation and follow-up of audits Contact person for customers and suppliers as well as interface to internal departments for all operational QM topics Your profile: Completed studies in the field of engineering or natural sciences Several years of professional experience in a management position in quality management, preferably in the automotive industry or similar Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken Good MS Office skills, knowledge of SAP (ERP) desirable Experience with specific automotive tools desirable (e.g.

FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA, APQP, 8D, A3 etc.) Auditor training according to IAT
