Planning, conducting, monitoring and documenting national procurement procedures in the supply operation
Preparation and execution of submissions
Price negotiations in compliance with current price regulations and internal guidelines
Computeraided order processing (checking, processing of purchase requests)
Negotiating purchasing conditions and prices with suppliers
Conducting tenders
Checking and comparing offers
Designing and concluding contracts with suppliers
Formal and material examination and evaluation of offers according to legally standardized requirements from national procurement and budget law
Determining needs using the ERP system and coordinating longterm needs with production or sales
