HR Expert for Personnel Development and Recruitment (m/f/d):

Full-time, 40 hours per week:

_Your tasks_:

Support and accompany our locations in recruiting
Controlling and optimizing recruiting processes and systems
Coordination and optimization of the onboarding process
Development and management of employee retention and personnel development measures
Support in annual training planning, including implementation plan
Participation in HR projects and processes
Creating added value for the company through strong HR concepts

_Your profile_:

Completed commercial training with further education in human resources or similar qualification or degree with a focus on personnel
Open and enthusiastic about new approaches in personnel management
Strong conceptual and analytical skills
Friendly and professional communication with people at all levels and in all situations
Independent, responsible, and serviceoriented work style
Willingness to travel
