    Attention All Creativity: Air Force 1 HVAC is searching for outstanding talent to join a production team that is revolutionizing the HVAC industry. We have various roles available for directors, producers, and extras, all crucial to our success.

    To kickstart your journey, complete the Universal Self-Assessment and Placement Survey (USAPS). This assessment helps identify the best-fit position for you within our team. Remember, it's not a test, but a self-evaluation with no right or wrong answers. Once done, you'll schedule an audition to meet and see if the chemistry clicks.

    Explore a range of roles with room for growth, including some immediate openings. If something catches your eye, complete the USAPS to request an audition.

    FIELD POSITIONS:

    Residential New Construction Rough-In Team Members:

    • PAY GRADE: G-2 (experienced), G-1 (trainee)
    • FULL-TIME
    • LIMITED EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

    Change-Out Team Members:

    • PAY GRADE: G-2 (experienced), G-1 (trainee)
    • FULL-TIME
    • LIMITED EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

    Trim-Out Crew Members:

    • PAY GRADE: G-2 (experienced), G-1 (trainee)
    • FULL-TIME
    • LIMITED EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

    Field Superintendent/Project Managers:

    • PAY GRADE: G-3
    • FULL-TIME
    • HVAC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

    Residential Field Technician:

    • PAY GRADE: G-2 (experienced), G-1 (trainee)
    • FULL-TIME
    • HVAC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

    OFFICE ROLES:

    Administrative Support Member:

    • PAY GRADE: G-1
    • FULL-TIME
    • LIMITED EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

    Office Accounting:

    • PAY GRADE: G-2 / G-3 depending on experience
    • FULL-TIME
    • EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

    Lead Dispatcher:

    • PAY GRADE: G-2 (experienced), G-1 (trainee)
    • FULL-TIME
    • LIMITED EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

    Retail Outside Sales:

    • PAY GRADE: G-4 COMMISSION (experienced), G-3 (limited experience)
    • FULL-TIME

    Operations Manager:
