- Provide venue information to guests about policies and procedures
- Proactively assist guests to enhance their experience
- Answer inquiries about venue programs and services
- Direct guests to facilities and services efficiently
- Resolve guest complaints and assist with employee badge distribution
- Ensure compliance with COVID-19 safety protocols and manage PPE inventory
- Communicate and implement Covid guidelines in adherence to local regulations
- Report maintenance issues promptly and support staffing during busy times
- Assist with VIP programs under the guidance of the Operations Manager
- Check vaccine cards/negative Covid tests for guest entry
- Monitor lost and found items and ensure guest safety through proactive measures
- Check IDs of guests consuming alcoholic beverages
- Handle altercations among guests and maintain a safe venue environment
- Set up and maintain venue areas before, during, and after events
- Record guest inquiries, comments, and complaints
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years in Guest Service and communications
- Strong problem-solving skills and creativity
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities
- Sound judgment, tact, and teamwork spirit
- Physically fit for continuous walking, lifting heavy loads, and flexible hours
