- Develop and implement comprehensive and actionable strategic plans that are in full alignment with the overall company objectives and vision.
- Work closely and collaboratively with the executive team to thoroughly evaluate existing business processes and identify areas that can be improved for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.

- Lead and facilitate change initiatives across the organization, providing guidance and support to teams while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Forge strong partnerships and collaborative relationships with various departments, ensuring all activities and initiatives are in complete alignment with the strategic goals and long-term vision of the company.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field. An MBA would be a plus.

- Proven experience in a strategic planning or business development role.
