Your responsibilities:

You have the main responsibility for the food department and are also responsible for the overall design of the department
You lead and train your team and plan the deployment of personnel
You work precisely according to the HACCP manual and applicable procedures and implement them independently
You keep an eye on cost and sales development, as well as regular inventories, and ensure a smooth flow of goods
You have an eye for attractive product presentation and know how to inspire customers

Your profile:

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship
You have professional experience in retail, especially in the food sector
You have a strong sense of responsibility and are a true team player
You have a great enthusiasm for interacting with customers in direct sales conversations
You have already gained experience in personnel management
