- Completed technical vocational training - preferably as a land and construction machinery mechanic or similar
- Class B driver's license
- Reliability, willingness to perform, teamwork, physical resilience and flexibility
- Independent, service-oriented action and responsible, customer-oriented work
- Good technical knowledge, especially in the areas of engine technology, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics and electronics
- Professional experience in the field of agricultural technology
