To strengthen our team in the field of payroll accounting, we are looking for you as a


Payroll Specialist (m/f/d).
- permanent | full-time | starting at the earliest possible date_


What to expect from us:

- independent and timely payroll accounting for a defined group of employees within the DDV Mediengruppe
- input of all monthly salary changes and other adjustments
- independent recording and maintenance of employee master data in SAP
- master data creation and maintenance in the time recording program (Interflex) as well as transfer of time management data to the payroll system
- certification and reporting as well as communication with authorities, offices, health insurance companies, and other institutions
- contact person for employees (m/f/d) and managers (m/f/d) for all payroll and social security-related questions


What you bring with you:

- successfully completed commercial training
- several years of professional experience in payroll accounting and/or additional qualification as a payroll accountant (m/f/d)
