100% FTE, day shift. Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Supervisor, Maintenance and Engineering Services to:

Provide direct supervision to maintenance and limited trades staff to accomplish UW Health and department objectives.
Coordinate or assign response to routine and emergency repair requests, special projects and completion of scheduled preventive maintenance.
Prioritize and distribute work assignments to allocated staff and ensure proper documentation is entered into the correct Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and completed.
Resolve equipment and process problems as well as customer issues and complaints.
Review and recommend maintenance contracts from outside sources.
Ensure employee's work in a safe environment, including proper equipment, procedures, and training.

Education:

Minimum - High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred - Associates Degree.

Work Experience:

Minimum - Three years experience in leadership of maintenance service of a technical nature

Licenses and Certifications:

Minimum - Valid Driver's License.

Preferred - Certified Hospital Constructor (CHC). Building Operators Certification (BOC).
