Description

We are looking for a Service Engineer (m/f/d) for a renowned manufacturer of gas engines in Verona.

Your responsibilities:

  • Performing maintenance and repair work, and – depending on your skills and development – also carrying out modifications and commissioning
  • Assembling, maintaining, repairing, and replacing defective electrical and electromechanical operating equipment on gas engines and CHP plant components based on fault reports with information on possible causes of errors and malfunctions
  • Analyzing errors and malfunctions on gas engine systems with electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components, if necessary using diagnostic systems
  • Creating formalized reports (service deployment reports, time records)

Your profile:

  • You have a degree from a university, a technician or master's degree in electrical engineering. Ideally, you already have experience in the fields of combustion engines and/or sustainable energy generation systems or are interested in this topic.
  • You have good PC skills and are proficient in handling modern plant controls. You have both technical and analytical understanding.
  • As a contact person for our customers on site, you have a friendly demeanor and a strong service orientation.
