Job Responsibilities

As the Restaurant General Manager, you will be entrusted with the overall management of the establishment, ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and profitability. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading a team of passionate professionals to deliver exceptional service and hospitality.
Overseeing daily operations, including staff management, scheduling, and inventory control.
Upholding our commitment to excellence in food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency.
Developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance the guest experience.
Cultivating a positive and collaborative work environment that fosters teamwork and professional development.
Maintaining compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in a high-end restaurant environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting and cost control.
A passion for hospitality and a dedication to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
