- ServSafe Certification requested but not required
- Willingness to learn our recipes and follow our build sheets
- Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the kitchen team
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure with attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team and maintain a positive attitude
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays * This position requires PM availability *
- Must be 16 years old or older
- Prepare ingredients, including making dough, for our delicious dishes following our secret recipes and maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Ensure prompt and efficient execution of orders to deliver a consistently fantastic dining experience.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely food delivery.
- Prepare for service including the set-up/stocking of stations with all necessary supplies
- Monitor and maintain food inventory, rotating stock to ensure freshness and reduce waste.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and sanitary kitchen.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly checklists
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a positive work environment.
