    Qualities we're seeking in our team members:

    • Prior experience in prep work within a busy restaurant setting is preferred
    • ServSafe Certification is a plus but not mandatory
    • Desire to learn our recipes and adhere to our build sheets
    • Familiarity with different cooking techniques, ingredients, tools, and processes
    • Effective communication skills for seamless collaboration with the kitchen crew
    • Ability to perform well under pressure while paying attention to details
    • Team player attitude with a positive outlook
    • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and possibly some holidays *Note: This role requires evening availability*

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Minimum age requirement: 16 years old
    • Prepare ingredients, including dough-making, following our exclusive recipes and upholding top-quality standards
    • Ensure efficient and swift order fulfillment to deliver consistently outstanding dining experiences
    • Collaborate with the kitchen staff for smooth operations and punctual food service
    • Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies before service
    • Monitor and manage food inventory, rotating stock to maintain freshness and minimize waste
    • Adhere to health and safety protocols, guaranteeing a hygienic kitchen environment
    • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists
    • Cooperate with colleagues to foster a positive work atmosphere
