We are looking for you to join our reservations team in Berlin - starting immediately as a (Central) Reservations Supervisor (m/f/d) in Greendale, MO.

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and processing individual and group reservations
  • Entering telephone reservations into the hotel management program (PMS)
  • Checking direct reservations
  • Ensuring smooth operations in the reservations department
  • Creating and managing offers and contracts for room reservations for individual and group requests
  • Advising customers on the location, amenities, and services offered by our hotels
  • Intensive communication and collaboration with hotels regarding group handovers, VIP guests, etc.
  • Training new employees

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in reservations, reception, or call center roles
  • Knowledge of hotel software: Suite 8 and/or Clock is an advantage
  • Enjoyment of telephone consultation and teamwork
  • Organized and structured work style
  • Excellent German and good English skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Interest in digital development and its possibilities in the hotel industry
