Service Assistant (m/f/d)

  • Conducting demandoriented planning of service appointments and customer mobility
  • First personal greeting and support of our customers
  • Telephone information about service offerings and promotions
  • Independent and proactive organization of reception and telephone communication
  • Appointment preparation and coordination with service advisors and parts department
  • Cash management
  • Order preparation and maintenance of customer and vehicle data
  • Preparation of vehicle documents for customer pickup
  • Handover of vehicles to end customers after workshop stay, including invoice handover

Requirements:


  • Successfully completed commercial or technical apprenticeship
  • Excellent manners, strong organizational and communication skills, and ability to work in a team
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • High reliability, flexibility, and a selfsufficient, reliable, and dedicated work ethic
