- $60,000 - $80,000 annual salary, paid biweekly
- Base salary plus commission structure

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately record them in our system
- Educate customers on products and services offered by Apple Mitsubishi
- Promote and sell additional products and services to meet sales goals
- Schedule appointments and manage the service schedule for technicians
- Provide estimates for repair costs and gain customer approvals
- Monitor progress of services and communicate updates to customers
- Work with technicians to ensure timely completion of services
- Address any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of new products, features, and accessories
- Keep the service area clean and organized
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Knowledge of automotive industry and terminology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in computer systems and software
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
