- Assist with scheduling appointments.

- Bachelor's Degree and/or 3+ years of experience in Automotive industry
- Excellent customer service skills with a personable demeanor
- Ability to comprehend and explain complex service information
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
- A valid driver's license

Audi Cape Fear is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join the team. This position requires exceptional customer service skills with a passion for the Automotive industry.
The primary role of this position is to act as the liaison between the customer and service technicians and provide recommended repairs and service for the customers.
The successful candidate will have a commitment to above-and-beyond customer service and a keen eye for detail. The Automotive Service Advisor will be responsible for creating a comfortable and enjoyable customer experience.Compensation & Benefits
The Automotive Service Advisor is a Full Time - base plus commission Customer Service role and will receive a compensation package of between $40000 to $120000 per year, paid semimonthly.
