- Present, promote, and sell restaurant technology solutions using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Generating and managing a pipeline of prospective clients using our CRM
- Perform a benefit and need analysis of potential clients to meet their needs
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and provide status reports
- Keep up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
- Proven work experience as a sales representative
- Experience in the restaurant industry or selling technology solutions is preferred
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, email, and other sales tools
- Familiarity with CRM practices, along with the ability to build productive business and professional relationships.
- Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Experience in the SaaS, restaurant, hospitality, and food service industry
- Knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus
- Start-up experience (we love entrepreneurs)
- Experience in working virtually and with a virtual team
