Customer Service / Support

Description

Responsibilities:

Develop, review, and implement accurate forecasts for financial, production, and strategic planning processes.
Identify risks and opportunities to the business plan and alert Management.
Drive continuous improvement of demand planning and inventory management processes.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance partners in forecast development.
Monitor performance versus forecast, analyzing variations to minimize stock issues.
Interact with supply planning partners to address forecast deviations.
Manage the product catalogue, analyzing SKU effectiveness and guiding rationalization.
Drive action plans to reduce excess and obsolete inventory.
Monitor new launches and animations versus forecast, issuing assessments.
Participate in pre-budget/budget processes.
Provide monthly reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience.
Minimum of 3 years of demand planning or related experience.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills required.
Experience working with forecast software systems preferred.
Experience working within an SAP environment a plus.
Experience in Microsoft applications, report building a plus.
