    We are dedicated to hiring the most well-qualified people to join our team. We are currently seeking a full-time Executive Administrative Assistant.



    Job Summary:

    This is a full-time position working in our service yard office. Below is a brief list of duties and required skills.

    Duties:
    Administrative tasks as delegated
    Data Entry
    Assist Service Department with various task
    Database Management
    Marine Industry experience preferred
    Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person or take detailed messages as required
    Great all visitors and direct customers to appropriate department
    Organize meetings and company events
    Write emails, memos, and letters and distribute them appropriately
    Contribute to company report
    Scan and maintain an organized filing system
    Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures
    Book all Company Travel and enter Expense Reports
    Create Purchase Orders for Vendors and process Invoices as required
    Business knowledge for accurate cost entry coding
    Order office Supplies
    Responsible for mail distribution
    Any additional tasks assigned by Office Managers

    Skills and Requirements:

    Outstanding customer service and a passion for the marine industry.
    Ability to communicate in a professional manner with customers and staff.
    Excellent communication skills
    Ability to interact with High Profile clientele
    Must maintain a professional appearance at all times.
    Friendly, approachable personality.
    Attention to detail
    Self-Motivated
    Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
    At least five years minimum experience required
    Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
    Ability to work alone or in teams.
    Excellent time management and organizational skills.
    Complies with all company policies and procedures.
    Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding environments.
    Ability to work in an upright standing position for long periods of time.
    Must have valid driver's license.
    High school diploma/GED required, Associates degree or administrative training is preferred
    Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position
    Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines and phone systems

    Schedule:

    Monday through Friday
    8-hour shift 9am-5; Hours are Flexible if required
    Overtime as needed
