About the Position The Warehouse-Production Associate will unload load floored containers of frozen raw material and will palletize product from the production line. Should be able to handle cases of raw ingredients weighting up to 40lbs.

Must be able to work in minus 10 degrees Fahrenheit cold storage environment.

What you will do:

Responsible for stacking finished product into the correct pallet format according to the item specs.
Visually inspect for case code legibility and correctness.
Use a pallet jack to move finished pallets to cold freezer storage.
Supply empty boxes to hand packer.
Use pallet jack to move finished product to freezer.
Inspect empty pallets prior to stacking product on them.
Stack pallets with foodproduct in the cold dock
Check and count freight for accuracy.
Load and Unload refrigerated truck loads.
Sort and down stack pallets to remove damaged goods.
Housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean working environment.
Repackaging salvaged goods
Fixing and sorting wood pallets
Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
Must have excellent attention to detail.
Experience with Food-Products
Experience with scanning, WMS, and Warehouse layout
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Able to endure physical demands such as frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and twisting lifting of 3040lb boxes.
