    Job DescriptionResponsibilities/Job Duties:
    Preparing budget and financial forecasts and report variances Publishing monthly financial statements Assisting in investment decision making Managing tax filings for local, state, and federal government Reviewing documentation attached to checks for accuracy and approval Supervising the company's accounting processes and operations, including invoicing, cost accounting, inventory records, and more Preparing workpapers for outside accounting firm on annual audit and tax return prep Monitoring variances, summarizing trends, and investigating budget deficiencies


    Qualifications:
    7 years minimum of both accounting and finance experience CPA or CMA preferred Advanced degree in accounting Skilled in Microsoft Excel and databases Highly proficient in cost analyses Ability to critically evaluate, identify and effectively resolve accounting staff's routine problemsRequired skillsReal Estate - Property Accounting;Treasury - Cash Mgmt/Currency Hedging;Month End Close
