    We are excited to announce an outstanding opportunity for a marketing processional to join our team as the Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Berkshire Hathaway GUARD, a leading property and casualty insurance company.

    This executive level position offers the chance to lead our marketing strategy and drive our company's growth to new heights.

    Position Overview


    As the Vice President of Marketing and Communications you will play a pivotal role in shaping out marketing efforts and aligning them with our company's strategic objectives.

    This position maybe be based out of Wilkes-Barre, PA, Philadelphia, PA, Parsippany NJ or New York, New York.

    Lead and oversee all marketing operations to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
    Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to outperform competitors and drive business growth.
    Coordinate marketing activities and manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI.
    Direct the development and implementation of promotional campaigns to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
    Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed,
    Drive brand management initiatives and ensure consistently in marketing materials and messaging.
    Lead market research efforts to identify trends and insights to inform strategic decision making.
    Evaluate and pursue potential strategic partnerships to expand our market reach and distribution channels.
    Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure a unified approach to customer service and distribution.
    Extensive experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies at a senior leadership level.
    Strong background in marketing research and data analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
    Proven track record of leveraging digital and traditional marketing channels to drive business results.
    Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
    Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and persuade.
    Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
    Previous experience in the insurance industry is advantageous but not required.
