    Marketing Specialist


    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    Job Duties

    Responsible for working with all internal departments to determine marketing, promotions, event, and entertainment needs. Initiates and tracks requests with internal departments, outside agencies and vendors to fulfill needs.

    Coordinates and executes promotional, event and entertainment requirements and serves as a liaison between marketing departments, operations, external agencies, affiliated promotional sponsors, Mohegan Pennsylvania and Mohegan Corporate.

    Reviews and proofreads all material for accuracy of content, grammar, and brand guidelines. Maintains and monitors all in house signage and print collateral inventory. Assists Director of Events with any Mohegan Corporate themed events. Issues communication internally to notify property of upcoming marketing programming. Books entertainment, and completes contracts as required. Conducts media tours and photo/video escorts. Performs other related duties as assigned. Must possess excellent inter-personal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment. Promotes superior guest service.

    Must be able to perform duties under frequent time pressure and in an interruptive environment. Must be detail oriented, and able to multi-task. Must comply with all promotional rules and gaming regulations. Must be able to work various shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, with basic range of motion. Must be able to communicate effectively and speak publicly for long periods of time. Must be able to lift minimum 30lbs.


    JOB REQUIREMENTS:
    Minimum Qualifications

    Experience in guest service required. Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office suite required. Casino marketing experience preferred.
