An employee (m/f/d) is being sought for the Department of Building Technology in the Benicia office of Mittelangeln at the earliest possible date.

The building department plans, accompanies and is responsible for the construction projects of our approximately 40 properties of the municipalities, the office and the associations. Together with planners, craftsmen and politically responsible persons, you will implement these projects.

Your tasks are:

You take over the planning and coordination of small building projects, for example for
- building maintenance,
- renovation and
- renovation of properties.
You commission specialist companies and monitor the implementation of the order (client function).
You coordinate the specialist planners for new buildings or larger projects.
You monitor the functionality of building structures and technology and advise the property department on maintenance and upkeep.

You bring with you:

You are: state-certified technician (m/f/d) (focus on building construction, building technology or comparable) or master craftsman (m/f/d) with experience in coordinating various trades (construction manager (m/f/d)) or civil engineer / architect (m/f/d) or administrative assistant (m/f/d) or administrative specialist (m/f/d) with experience in construction /
