The topic of sustainability is gaining increasing importance, especially in the areas of environment and social responsibility.

As an organization, we also have many connections to this field through our capital investments, real estate, and as an employer.

To systematically address the numerous growing and dynamically changing fields, we are seeking a:

Sustainability Officer (m/f/d).

This permanent position in the sustainability department is part of our risk management team and can be filled either part-time or full-time.

Some of the diverse tasks include:
developing our sustainability strategy
establishing a comprehensive internal and external reporting system on sustainability
supporting individual projects in this area
acting as a point of contact for management, colleagues, and external partners.

Your profile is versatile and fits well with us:

Ideally, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship, such as in banking or insurance - e.g. bank clerk, insurance clerk, or another professional qualification relevant to the outlined tasks.
You have a high level of qualification through your previous work experience.
You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner.
