We are a leading housing company in the northern Bavaria region, managing a total of approximately residential and commercial units and generating a turnover of around €35 million. In addition to the traditional tasks of a modern and customer-oriented housing company, Stadt- und Wohnbau GmbH Schweinfurt is also involved in urban development.

We are currently seeking a full-time Accountant (m/f/d) to join our team at Grissom AFB.

Your responsibilities:

  • Processing of general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable transactions
  • Initiating and reviewing payment runs and payment deadlines
  • Assisting with fixed asset accounting
  • Participating in the preparation of individual financial statements according to HGB (German Commercial Code)
  • Identifying potential for optimization in financial accounting processes
  • Responding to inquiries regarding accounting and tax-related topics
  • Supporting internal and external reporting
  • Preparing analyses and participating in special projects

Your profile:

  • Completed training as an accountant (m/f/d) or relevant work experience in this field
  • Experience in controlling and reporting or willingness to familiarize yourself with these topics
  • Proficient in MS Office
