    One of our great clients is looking for an Account Coordinator to join their team You will be responsible for assisting customers and Account managers by providing information and resolving technical issues. This is an outstanding opportunity for a recent college graduate who wants to learn and is hard-working

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist Account Managers with setting up, editing, managing and completing various administrative tasks working with several projects.
    • Assist Account managers with quote sheets, proposals, invoicing and account receivables.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with Account managers and customers.
    • Document and update customer records based on interactions.
    • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the services.

    ​Qualifications:

    • Prefer Bachelor's Degree
    • Proficient at Microsoft Excel
    • Computer skills, including map reading
    • Ability to multitask with great attention to detail
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Travel as needed to industry conferences, client meetings, etc.
    • Must be dependable, hard-working and very detail orientated
