    General Description of Position:

    Apollo Safety is the region's leader in gas detection instrumentation and service. This position will include:


    •Customer service, answering phones, support outside sales, general office duties.


    •Must have the ability to work well with other team members, strong customer service tendencies.


    •Knowledge and Experience of Safety and or Personal Protective equipment in customer service field helpful.


    •Use of diplomacy and a professional personality at all times.

    Key Responsibilities/Skills/Requirements:

    • Customer service incoming and outgoing calls
    • Entering orders
    • Entering quotations
    • Answering phones
    • Entering proposals
    • Tracking orders
    • Accounts receivable entry
    • Accounts payable invoice entry
    • Filing
    • Organization
    • General office work
    • Microsoft Word and general computer knowledge required.
    • Excel, Publisher, & other productivity knowledge is a plus.
    • High School graduate or equivalency
