For over 26 years, our company group has been very successful in the B2B business with wine, mainly from Italy, and exclusively represents many well-known brands from the wine world in Germany.

In addition, we have also built up a food division in recent years for the distribution of exclusive delicacies.


We are continuing to grow and are looking for you to strengthen our accounting team as a financial accountant (m/f/d).


Tasks:

  • Prepare/create monthly financial statements for our domestic companies according to HGB
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and annual financial statements in cooperation with external tax consultants
  • Processing of sales tax issues and reports as well as statistical reports
  • Operational accounting (incoming invoices, outgoing invoices, etc.), intercompany invoicing, account reconciliation
  • Active support in the development, optimization, and implementation of projects, guidelines, and processes in the field of accounting
  • Project controlling (including budget management)
  • Preparation of payment runs
  • Debt collection
  • Cash book accounting

Qualifications:

  • First professional experience in accounting
  • Expertise in financial and tax law, HGB accounting, USt, EStR (German law)
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Knowledge of SAP-B1 is desirable
  • Independent, selfmotivated, detailoriented, and solutionoriented
