Your responsibilities include:

Structuring nursing and care processes according to company guidelines

What you bring:

Completed training as a geriatric nurse or health and nursing nurse
Completed training as a senior nursing specialist
Alternatively, practical management experience, e.g. as Deputy Nursing Service Manager
