    Role: Sr. Automation QA with banking (Selenium with Java)

    Location: New York, NY OR Pittsburgh, PA - Hybrid

    Duration: Long Term Contract

    Preferred Local or nearby

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Candidate should have min 9-12 Years genuine exp.
    • Must have strong recent Banking domain exp.
    • Hands on exp. with Automation Testing and manual as well.
    • On the manual side, must have exp. on the overall QA concept like Test plan building, test strategy building etc.
    • Must have good knowledge of Java and selenium
    • Must have good attention on Web and API automation
    • Must have good exposure to integrate with CI/CD
    • Must have knowledge/exp. on Advanced Automation Testing and concepts
    • Participates in and identifies specific tests while executing test scenarios for unit, process, function, system integration, regression and acceptance testing.
    • Defines criteria for testing, analyzes results of testing sessions and presents testing results to project stakeholders.
    • Writes test plans, collaborating with other QA and business teams. Uses testing tools to plan, execute and track quality assurance artifacts. Escalates defects and issues that need remediation
    • Develops testing plan scenarios for complex unit, process, function, integration, regression and acceptance testing.
    • Assists in identifying and establishing goals for appropriate testing cycles and defines and manages software test environments, test standards and quality assurance tasks.
    • Analyzes system requirements and design documents.
    • Estimates hours and resources needed for projects under test.
    • Develops detailed test cases, scenarios and scripts to ensure application quality. Writes test plans, collaborating with other QA and business teams.
    • Designs and develops usability testing scenarios, and administers portions of the testing process, to include the use of testers from other teams.
    • Uses testing tools to plan, execute and track quality assurance artifacts.
    • Attends product definition and design meetings, functional and technical walkthroughs in order to provide input in the selection of testing tools and approaches.
    • Identifies test data, test environment setup and test environment configurations needed to prepare for testing.
