Are you passionate about finance? With an apprenticeship as a financial assistant (m/f/d), you will gain a comprehensive insight into the world of finance.

You will start in one of our branches and learn about customer contact in service and consulting. Afterwards, you will discover all departments that work together to successfully complete daily business. These areas range from the marketing department to asset management and credit department.

In addition to intensive technical discussions, active participation is the focus of the apprenticeship. We also support you in your training through our in-house lessons, which establish the connection between theory and practice.

To make it easier for you to start at our bank, an older apprentice will also be available as a mentor.

Financial assistants inform and advise bank customers. This usually involves a combination of various investment, financing, pension, and insurance products.

Requirements:
High school diploma or technical college entrance qualification with a good grade point average

Apprenticeship salary (as of October 1, 2022): 1st year: €1,244 / 2nd year: €1,316

Vocational school:
Willy-Hellpach-Schule Heidelberg (block lessons)
