- Expert level knowledge of Oracle CrowdTwist.
- Own client relationship, align to client KPIs from launch through ongoing program management
- Collaborate with product, strategy and solutions architects to inform the CrowdTwist product roadmap as the voice of our clients
- Support client facing product initiatives through communication and testing
- Deliver high level business reviews and optimization recommendations
- Analyze client's usage of the CrowdTwist platform and align to strategic recommendations
- Partner with sales on upsell and cross sell opportunities
- Clearly articulate the benefits of Oracle CrowdTwist to all levels including line of business end users, managers, and "C" level executives.
- Provide input to, and gather insight from, other cross-functional departments pertaining to prospect requests and product enhancements as needed.

Hiring Range:
from $37.64 to $76.49 per hour; from $78,300 to $159,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 65/3- 80/20.

Paid time off:
Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits.
For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.
Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.11 paid holidays
Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
