    comsalary:
    $24 - $29 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilitiesMaintain existing and new AR Customers to include establishing new accounts per their contract and establishing creditRespond to customers and internal teams for inquiries including but not limited to payment information, invoice questions and account balances, general inquires, disputes, invoice entry, and payment applicationDocument and maintain visibility on invoice due dates, payment arrangements, and communicate with internal or external contacts as neededProcess and upload credit card and ACH payments as well as customer refundsGenerate monthly statements and invoices for customer distributionReview unapplied cash on accounts for refunds and/or applicationIdentify accounts requiring suspension, order cancellationCompile and submit collection agency packets as per company guidelinesGenerate AR reporting as requiredSkillsAccounts ReceivableQualificationsYears of experience: 3 yearsRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
