Your future employer is an innovative and globally operating media company based in Munich with approximately 85 employees.

Their service portfolio includes high-quality content marketing solutions, including magazines, websites, apps, and social media channels for exclusive customer loyalty programs.

Currently, they are looking for an Account Director (m/f/d) to lead the teams for these loyalty programs, including for BMW.

In this strategically important position for our client, you will report directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

You will independently plan and manage customer projects, continuously developing them in consultation with the management, and act as the main point of contact for clients.
You will be responsible for meeting defined project goals and staying within budget.
You will act as a liaison between clients, internal teams (such as editorial, design, and digital teams, and event management), and external service providers.
You will handle strategic planning and management of projects, including cost/budget planning, contract negotiation/review, and internal and external project communication.
You will lead project teams in pitches and actively work on new business topics with the CEO.

Qualifications:

Completed degree in business administration, media, or communication sciences, or completed training as a media buyer (m/f/d).
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in project management, preferably in an agency or corporate communications department.
Excellent knowledge of the luxury goods/cars industry and its premium target group.
