    Job DescriptionSalary: $20 - $25 Hourly DOE

    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating new business and building relationships with clients. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building and managing a sales pipeline, and working with our sales team to close deals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and other lead generation activities
    • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
    • Communicate with potential clients to understand their needs and present our products and services
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create effective sales strategies and campaigns
    • Attend industry events and conferences to represent our company and build relationships with potential clients

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
    • Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho
    • Knowledge of the industry and market trends is a plus
