    Location-

    Ft. Lauderdale, FL This is not a remote position. Must currently reside in, or be willing to relocate to the greater South Florida area.

    Summary of position-We are seeking a Business Development Representative to support our Managed Aircraft Sales activity and to act as a liaison between the Marketing and Sales teams to generate, vet, and present new business leads.

    This position will be the first point of contact with potential customers informing them about Elevate Jet's offerings with a focus on Aircraft Management, Aircraft Brokerage, and MRO Servi

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities-Utilize outbound prospecting software for cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities including monitor inbound leads from the web, phone, and chat.

    Generate leads and vet prospects for the Sales team, then set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives.

    Identify prospects' needs and provide proper hand-off to the sales team.

    Understand and pose discovery questions to qualify prospects, may educate prospects, and understand what products or services can be proposed to the prospect.

    Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets.
    Report to management weekly, monthly, and quarterly based on quotas.
    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities-Proficiency with Google Workspace and CRM Software including outbound software such as SalesLoft, , , etc.

    Must be comfortable with frequent cold calls to prospective clients and possess outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build strong business relationships.

    Experience working with online databases such as, ZoomInfo, JetNet, and AMSTAT
    Ability to collaborate with multiple internal teams while meeting independent goals.
    Excellent written and verbal communications skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
    Education & Experience-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent relevant experience required.
    Must have aviation experience, preferably in business or general aviation.
    Schedule & Travel-Standard business hours are expected in this role.
    Ability to travel as required up to 10%.
    Miscellaneous-FLSA Status- Full Time exempt.
    Lifting requirements- Up to 20lbs.
