Senior Project Engineer | Major Capital Projects | Germany

ENG Bauen is a global talent management consultancy that partners with leading owner/operator organizations and engineering companies. Our focus is on deploying project management and technical engineering resources to plant engineering and global project groups. We are currently developing comprehensive global project talent strategies to support major/mega projects.

We are seeking Senior Project Engineers who are eager to contribute to our Global Project Delivery Function. In this role, you will act as the technical liaison with clients, guiding projects from conceptual design, pre-FEED, and FEED stages through to execution across various CAPEX projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and hands-on experience in delivering capital projects within the Oil & Gas or Energy sectors. You will work closely with senior management within the project execution function, providing an exceptional opportunity to engage in capital projects on a global scale.

This position is a long-term freelance contract based in Germany. While we do offer a hybrid working model, the Senior Project Engineer must be present on-site, especially during critical project phases. This ensures effective oversight and seamless coordination when it matters most.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Experience in the Oil, Gas, or Chemical sector
  • Previous experience on small to medium CAPEX projects
