IT Specialist (m/f/d) for Support and Client Management

at Hegau-Bodensee-Klinikum Singen and/or Klinikum Konstanz

full-time or part-time

starting at the earliest possible date

What to expect:

  • Support for users in the software and hardware area (1st and 2nd level support via ticket system) and documentation of malfunctions
  • Installation, configuration, and support of IT devices (PC, notebook, tablet, printer)
  • Support for the hotline as part of a team
  • Application installation and maintenance
  • Assistance with server maintenance
  • Participation in projects
  • On-call duty

Who you are:

  • You are a trained IT specialist (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification
  • You have experience in the administration of Microsoft products (MS Office
