We are looking for you, a Personal Consultant, to join our team in the heart of Munich.


Responsibilities:

  • Managing existing clients and generating new ones
  • Acquiring new clients
  • Client and employee support
  • Applying laws (working time, federal vacation, protection against dismissal, parttime and fixedterm employment laws, etc.)
  • Social security assessment of employment relationships
  • Selecting applicants through job interviews
  • Hiring external employees
  • Responsibility for personnel scheduling, personnel development, and shift planning
  • Collaboration with hospitals and facilities in the region

Qualifications:

  • Training or further education as a personnel service specialist (m/f/d) with a medical background or as a health and nursing professional (m/f/d) with additional commercial qualifications, or a comparable qualification in the commercial field
  • Flexibility, creativity
