Description
We are a company in the medical and in-vitro diagnostics field located in Montgomery Creek, CA and we are currently seeking office support.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with daily tasks such as answering customer inquiries, sending invoices, organizing HR tasks, and filing documents
- Providing support and assistance with various projects
- Acting as an assistant to the management team
Qualifications:
- Good written and verbal communication skills in German
- Detailoriented and responsible work ethic
- Ability to organize and take on tasks independently
- Motivated by team success and enjoys working collaboratively
- Previous experience in accounting, office management, or a related field is preferred but not required
