    Job Description

    Position Summary:

    This position is responsible for the auditing of gaming revenues, statistics and related paperwork. In addition, they will research, correct, record, and report discrepancies in documentation to ensure accurate reporting.

    Requirements

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:
    • Perform daily audits of gaming related source documents and reports
    • Reconcile paperwork to system generated reports
    • Compile gaming tax withholdings and prepares required IRS payments requests
    • Assist in preparation of daily journal entries
    Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Report variances to gaming departments and assists with researching the variances
    • Adhere to related internal control regulations and procedures
    • Report violations of regulatory requirements found during the audit process
    Minimum Education and Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Six months of cashiering or bookkeeping experience
    • Basic knowledge of Excel
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
    Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:
    • Knowledge of internal operating procedures and controls
    Training Requirements:
    • Knowledge of applicable systems
    • Basic understanding of Standards of Operations and Management
    • 10-key pad experience
    Physical Demands and Work Environment:
    • Office work environment
    • Must be able to sit in front of a computer screen for extended periods of time
    • Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
