We are looking for an experienced data entry specialist to join our team here at United Roadside You will be responsible for updates, importing and exporting data, inputting information into our company database, paying attention to detail and having a high level of accuracy.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensuring appropriate turnaround time on all data entry
  • Reviewing and entering data information into the appropriate databases
  • Proactively verifying data through source documents
  • Monitoring and updating existing data when required
  • Retrieving data for team members upon request
  • Performing data searches
  • Complying with security backups and regular checkups to ensure the safety of the data being stored

Qualifications:


  • Highschool diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work as a team player
  • Ability to take direction verbally
  • Accurate typing and data entry skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Communication and organization skills
  • Knowledge of basic computer skills
  • Understanding of grammar
  • Excellent customer service skills

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
